Hotel Cancellation Policy

In order to reserve a room at the discounted rate, a deposit in the amount of one room night plus tax will be charged to the provided credit card 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to cancel a reservation 30 days prior to arrival, will result in payment for one room night plus tax. The deposit is not refundable.

  • Self-Parking is $47.00 for a 24-hour period. Prices include in/out privileges.
  • Valet parking for guests is currently $59.00 with in/out privileges

CTAT COVID-19 Safety Protocol Policy

  • CTAT staff, volunteers, contractors and attendees will be expected to adhere to any mask requirements set forth from the CDC, City of San Antonio, the Grand Hyatt San Antonio Hotel, and/or the local health authority at the time of the conference.
  • CTAT will work with event venues to provide for social distance seating and standing requirements based on CDC guidelines in place at the time of the event.
  • CTAT will ensure that all event venues have appropriate sanitizing and disinfecting programs.
  • CTAT will work with event venues to ensure hand sanitizer dispensers are available at key contact areas.
  • CTAT will work with event venues to ensure health and hygiene signage throughout event venues asking everyone to take personal responsibility for preventing disease spread.
  • CTAT requests that participants and volunteers self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. If he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating or volunteering with CTAT contact CTAT at jami@ctat.org.
  • CTAT requires participants and volunteers to sign a Liability Waiver and Release of Claims that requires participants to assume the risk and provide for a medical acknowledgment release.
